Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sendbay. Because our services are digital and resources are provisioned immediately upon purchase, we've established the following policy to clearly outline your rights and obligations regarding payments. By subscribing to any Sendbay service, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Cancellations

Cancel at Any Time

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Effect of Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access during this period, and no further charges will be made once cancelled.

No Retroactive Cancellations

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

A. Free Trials & Money-Back Guarantees

If your plan includes a money-back guarantee period (e.g. 7 or 14 days), you are eligible for a full refund if you submit a request within that timeframe from your initial purchase date. Requests made after the window closes will not be accepted.

B. Monthly Subscriptions

Standard monthly payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or you forgot to cancel and haven't used any resources during the new billing cycle, contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We review these on a case-by-case basis.

C. Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or automatic renewal date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Service Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (spam, phishing, illegal activity, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Integrations & Add-ons

Fees for third-party software licenses, external add-ons, or domain registrations purchased through or alongside Sendbay are non-refundable.

Partial Usage

Refunds are not granted based on lack of usage or forgetting about an active subscription. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions.

4. Refund Processing

How to Request

Email us at support@sendbay.app with subject "Refund Request", your account email, and invoice details.

Review Window

Our billing team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days.

Payment Destination

Approved refunds are credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time

Once approved, allow 5 to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your statement.

5. Policy Updates

Sendbay reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
